Doctor Gonzalez was raised in Southern California and graduated from Santa Monica High School. He attended the University of California, Santa Barbara for his undergraduate studies, majoring in Biology as preparation for his future career as a dentist. While at UCSB he was accepted to a special division of the College, The College of Creative Studies. While in this college he was able to express his creative energies through the study and production of sculpting and many other disciplines in the arts, while at the same time continue the rigorous scientific study of biology.

Upon completion of his studies at UCSB, Dr. Gonzalez was accepted to the University of California, Los Angeles School of Dentistry where he completed his course work and field study, earning his Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree in 1992.

Dr. Gonzalez immediately began practicing in a general dentistry office in Malibu where for 8 years he built a practice. In 1996, he moved his practice to Century City where he continued building his practice in general and aesthetic dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association and the West Los Angeles Dental Society.
